**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style guidelines, and overall marketing objectives.

Social Media Management:
Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Develop and schedule social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build meaningful connections.

Audience Research:
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for content improvement and social media growth.

Analyze competitor activities to gain insights and maintain a competitive edge in our social media presence.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key social media metrics and analyze campaign performance to optimize content and strategy.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance, identifying areas of success and improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Copywriter and/or Social Media Marketer.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of written and visual content.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content strategies.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to adapt to changing social media algorithms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.81 - ₹500,000.00 per year
