**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and verify information in Excel spreadsheets and company systems.
- Prepare, compile, and sort data before entry.
- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors when identified.
- Generate and format Excel reports and summaries as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of company data.
- Support various departments with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure proper file organization.
- Assist in preparing simple charts, pivot tables, and analysis in Excel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Data Entry Operator / Excel Operator**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- **Typing Speed**: Minimum **35-45 words per minute (WPM)** with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Educational Qualification**:Minimum 12th / Graduate (Any Stream)**.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of **Google Sheets**.
- Basic data analysis or reporting experience.
- Familiarity with **MS Word** and **PowerPoint**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
