**Job Description**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Subject matter expert in the automated testing areas.
- Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project teams.
- Hands-on in designing framework, writing and executing scripts.
- Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes.
- Responsible for architecture of test automation framework/solutions, determining current limitations and compatibilities between subsystems, selection of new concepts & methodologies.
- Migration of tools and framework as part of optimization process.
- Interact with management, BA’s and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
- Drive test automation to both ensure product quality and to contribute to Continuous Integration and Delivery efforts.
- Ownership of automation process/technology/methods.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans.Strong problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and guiding the test team.

**Qualifications**:
**WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
- 8-12 yrs of IT experience, in the software test automation area.
- Demonstrated experience in selection, extension,migration of test automation tools and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium,TestNG, Jenkins, Git,UFT.
- Selenium,TestNG : 8+ years of experience
- Jenkins, Git : 5+ years of experience
- UFT : 2+ years of experience.
- Relevant experience in setting up the test infrastructure necessary for automated testing.
- Hands on experience in Automation framework designing.
- Experience in Agile,SDLC, test methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD and build tools to perform continuous testing.
- Cloud testing experience, codeless automation testing knowledge.
- Experience in migrating from UFT to Selenium or any latest test automation tools.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of automating, Mobile,IoT
- Hands on experience in Automation using Java, Selenium
- Must Have : Hands on experience in Automation using Java, Selenium.
- DevOps experience is preferred.
- Experience working with stakeholders from different geographies.
- Hands on senior tester ready to transform the current tools, technologies and evolve with the vision of organization.
- Flexible to work in shifts, to support the different regions.
