**Your Role**:

- **Install, upgrade, maintain, and customize z/OS communication server products such as VTAM and TCP/IP, along with other IBM and OEM networking components.**:

- **Administer mainframe network environments including JES2, HCD, WLM, and related tools.**:

- **Perform system programming tasks using SMP/E, REXX, assembler, and JCL.**:

- **Proactively monitor mainframe network performance and resolve connectivity issues.**:

- **Enhance automation and improve monitoring to prevent issues and optimize performance.**

**Your Profile**:

- **6 to 9 years of experience in mainframe network administration.**:

- **Strong knowledge of VTAM, TCP/IP, JES2, HCD, WLM, and z/OS system programming.**:

- **Hands-on experience with SMP/E, REXX, assembler, and JCL.**:

- **Proven ability to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues in z/OS environments.**:

- **Exposure to other z/OS components is a plus.**
