**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU, inpatient wards, and outpatient clinics.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
- Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital escalation procedures.
- Coordinate with diagnostic and support departments for timely patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
- Maintain nursing station documentation and update electronic records.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 3 to 4 days of real-time clinical exposure in ICU/OP/IP settings.
- **Qualification**: Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing (Registered with Nursing Council).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- Freshers with hands-on hospital exposure may also apply.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience handling patient care in ICU, OP, and IP departments.
- Basic understanding of hospital protocols, equipment, and emergency procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in critical situations.
- Team player with a compassionate approach.
