Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Business Development and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector, including corporate, retail, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and meet sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the company’s interior fit-out services and capabilities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring a strong understanding of each client’s vision, budget, and project requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
- Offer consultative advice on fit-out design possibilities, materials, and project execution based on client needs.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**:

- Prepare tailored project proposals, cost estimates, and bid documents that align with client specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and timelines with clients to ensure alignment on expectations and project viability.
- Ensure all contractual agreements and project documents are compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
- **Market Research and Networking**:

- Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the interior fit-out market.
- Build a network of contacts in the industry by attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Establish partnerships with contractors, designers, and suppliers to expand the company’s market reach.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure client expectations are communicated effectively.
- Oversee project progress and address any client-related issues to maintain project timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Ensure a seamless transition from project initiation to completion, guaranteeing that client requirements are met.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track key business metrics, such as lead conversion, revenue generation, and client satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, including updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and strategic insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the interior fit-out, construction, or design industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, construction practices, and project workflows.
- **Sales and Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building client rapport and presenting ideas effectively.
- **Networking Skills**: Demonstrated success in building industry connections and establishing partnerships.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines, with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Existing network of clients, architects, and contractors in the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to fit-out projects.
