Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Coordinate and oversee the flow of service to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Create and manage schedules for front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to enhance overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
