**Our Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Tele-Caller (International Process) to support our Academic, Finance, and Admission teams by coordinating with international students, agents, and internal departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across different functions.

**Work Timings**:

- Melbourne Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- India Time: 3:30 AM - 11:30 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Support**:

- Assist students with course information, timetables, assessments, and documentation requests.
- Follow up on student submissions, attendance, and academic progress.
- Coordinate with teachers on class schedules, learning materials, and updates on student progress.
- Maintain accurate student records in systems like Teams.

**Finance Support**:

- Record student payments in Teams and send receipts to students/agents.
- Reconcile bank transactions on Xero and generate invoices for tuition fees, sub-leases, kitchen rent, and utilities.
- Track agent commission invoices (outstanding & paid).
- Follow up with students for pending tuition fee payments.
- Process approved student refund requests and respond to finance-related inquiries.

**Admissions Support**:

- Issue letters of offer and coordinate with Finance for deposit payments.
- Manage new student enrolments (agreements, passport copies, insurance, etc.).
- Prepare weekly reports on student enrolments and progress.
- Handle student cancellations, withdrawals, re-enrolments, and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with students, agents, and internal teams.
- Arrange airport pickups (if required) and assess potential visa risks.
- Maintain accurate student records in the Student Management System (SMS).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in international calling, student support, or BPO/KPO process preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Teams, Xero, and Student Management Systems will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to work early India morning shift (3:30 AM - 11:30 AM IST).
