**Responsibilities**:

- **Build, Lead, and Scale Carrier Capacity**: Work closely with our sales team to provide carrier capacity daily and strategically expand our carrier network.
- **Identify Opportunities**: Continuously enhance our client’s offering, value proposition, and sales cadence to stay ahead in the market.
- **Design and Implement Selling Strategies**: Create unique selling propositions to attract and onboard new carriers.
- **Manage Rate Approval Processes**: Oversee rate approval for all available shipments to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
- **Develop Sales Processes**: Identify, design, and implement new sales processes to streamline operations and drive results.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years working in a logistics firm with a focus on a "carrier and customer" brokerage model.
- **Sales Expertise**: Experience in 3PL, transportation, or tech sales is a strong plus.
- **High Performance**: Proven track record of managing accounts and being a top performer in a fast-paced environment.
- **Account Management**: Skilled in managing high volume and multifaceted accounts with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong writing and speaking abilities are a must.
