- Ensure strong follow up for selling customers.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports that outline the assessment process, findings, and valuation of gold items.
- Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team.
- Month on Month, Ensure Gold growth at Branch month of month, Responsible for canvasing and marketing all gold products of Attica Gold Company.
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely.

**Skills**:

- Managing and supervise team.
- Responsible to deliver assigned business goals.
- Achieved daily productivity.
- Conducting performance review and feedback sessions on regular basis.
- Conducts regular staff meetings.
- Develops and implements a plan for meeting.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and new customers.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
