**Job Title**: Store Keeper.

**Job Summary**:
Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of goods, supplies, and equipment used within the college. This role ensures the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, maintains accurate records, and supports departmental needs efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and equipment for quantity and quality.
- Maintain organized storage of items in the store.
- Issue materials to departments as per requisition orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels using manual registers or inventory software.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and returns.
- Prepare purchase requests for replenishment of stock.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials, including hazardous items if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the administration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in store keeping or inventory management.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Inventory Software).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
