**Requirements/ Qualifications**
- Loves working with children
- Creates a creative and engaging learning environment for students.
- Exceptional English language fluency, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Strong understanding of child development, principles of progressive education and commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
- Passionate towards teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
- Proficiency in using technology to support student learning and facilitate communication.
- Experience in integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning techniques with the curriculum is an additional advantage.

**Role Description**
- Develops lesson plans, implementing learning activities, and collaborating with colleagues to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.
- Utilises various teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
- Encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration through hands-on, experiential learning activities. Teacher Job Description
- Assess students' progress regularly through formal and informal assessments, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction as needed.
- Participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest pedagogical trends, research, and best practices in inquiry-based learning and the CBSE curriculum.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
