Main projects - Proactive Alerts Campaign, Success Campaigns, Contact Management, External Success Communications Process Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Success Campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, Success and Support for consistent messaging.
- Manage projects and ensure timely completion.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
- Build strong internal partnerships and maintain senior-level trust.
- Manage foundational Success programs for the Customer Success team.
- Create content for best practices and takeaways from program participants.
- Manage communication timeline and execution for Digital Experience team
- Manage reporting on key Customer Success Program initiatives.
- Educate internal audiences on the program.

Experience - 5-8+ years of Marketing Communications or Customer Success with background in SaaS.
- Knowledge of Calix competitive landscape and technical ecosystem.
- Strong project management and program delivery.
- Working knowledge of the organization’s products and ecosystem.
