I run a one-man branding and digital marketing consultancy — lean, sharp, and impact-driven. After 25 years in advertising, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing: someone with the hunger to learn, the brains to challenge, and the emotional bandwidth to balance things out. I’m looking for a **Wingwoman** — someone who will grow into becoming my closest collaborator across projects, pitches, chaos, and calm.

**Who You Are**:

- A woman in your 20s, based in Chennai (or willing to relocate), fluent in English
- Emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and mentally agile
- Excellent communication skills - written, spoken, and everything in between
- Curious, courageous, and comfortable with not knowing — yet quick to learn
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing many hats
- Willing to travel, meet clients, brainstorm mad ideas, and also roll up sleeves for daily hustle
- Not here just for a job, but for a long game: to build something meaningful

**What You'll Do**:

- Be the bridge between me, our clients, and collaborators across India
- Assist with project coordination, idea development, client liaison, and content writing
- Take initiative, manage chaos, and bring a calm, tangential perspective when needed
- Gradually take ownership of functions you're drawn to — creative, strategy, communication, ops, anything

Because I don’t need an assistant. I need a partner-in-crime who can bring balance to a high-stress field. Someone who brings grace, tact, depth, and a voice that cuts through noise — without becoming it.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
