Assist in the planning of menus and recipes. Prepare working station, mis-en-place, check working set-up and mis-en-place of assigned staff. Coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner service and ensure correct sequence of service. Monitor and control the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
