***The Opportunity**

We’re seeking an ambitious and self-driven Junior-Mid UI & Visual designer to join our rapidly growing team. We’re currently a team of 12 designers who specialise in UX/UI/branding, working on multiple exciting projects. Our HQ is in Shoreditch, London. Now we are hiring for our India office where we expect this Designer to be based 3 times per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the UI outputs, creating pixel perfect screens utilising design system components where possible, creating new patterns where required.
- Create design specification documents and contribute to the project design system and are comfortable to present designs and their rationale within the team.
- Create visually appealing and engaging visual assets such as graphics, newsletter and user-friendly design elements, ensuring the brand's visual presence is consistent across various materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:
***:

- Proven experience as a UI/ visual /brand designer with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and prototyping skills.
- Expert knowledge in design software, especially Figma (design and prototype), webflow (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent practical experience

**Bonus if you are**:

- Interested in creating beautiful transitions and animations to make the experience magical.
- Experienced using Motion Graphics (essential)

**Only applicants with a portfolio/personal website to be considered. Ideally, it will be a personal website with 3-4 projects, but other formats are fine as well.**
