Key Responsibilities:

- **Selling and Customer Service**:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations on jewellery selection.
- Demonstrating products and highlighting their features.
- Assisting customers with purchases and completing sales transactions.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- **Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports.
- **Product Knowledge and Trends**:

- Staying up-to-date on the latest jewellery trends, styles, and materials.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's product line and offerings.
- Providing expertise and insights to customers regarding jewellery care and maintenance.
- **Inventory and Display**:

- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory.
- Ensuring that products are displayed properly and attractively.
- Collaborating with the design team to create new pieces and maintain existing inventory.
- **Administrative and Support**:

- Processing sales transactions efficiently and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing customer relationships and building strong connections.
- Providing support to the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
- Attending trade shows and industry events to network and stay informed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Passion for jewellery and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
