Video Editor

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor & Photographer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and capturing stunning visuals that tell our brand story and engage our audience. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute innovative video projects across various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage for various platforms (social media, website, marketing campaigns) using **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or similar professional editing software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and concepts.
- Ensure high-quality video production with strong visual storytelling and pacing.
- Utilize industry-standard editing software (e.g., **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **DaVinci Resolve**).
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design as needed using **Adobe After Effects**, **Cinema 4D**, **Blender**, or similar motion graphics software.
- Color grading and audio mixing to enhance the overall visual and audio experience using **DaVinci Resolve**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, or similar software.
- **Create CGI animations and visualizations** using **Blender** or other 3D software when required.
- **Photography**:

- Capture high-resolution images for marketing materials, website, and social media using **DSLR cameras**, **mirrorless cameras**, or other professional cameras.
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including location scouting, lighting, and styling.
- Possess a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and perspective.
- Retouch and edit photos using professional photo editing software (e.g., **Adobe Photoshop**, **Capture One**, **Lightroom**).
- Maintain a photo library and archive images effectively using **Adobe Bridge**, **Capture One**, or other digital asset management tools.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of video shoots.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video and photography trends and technologies, including **CGI and 3D animation techniques**.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and/or Photographer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing and photography skills, **including examples of CGI or 3D animation work (if applicable)**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (**Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **Photoshop**) or equivalent professional software.
- **Basic understanding of 3D modeling and animation principles (preferred)**.
- Excellent understanding of video production workflows and techniques.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- A passion for creating engaging and innovative visual content.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and video trends.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., **Adobe After Effects**, **Cinema 4D**, **Blender**).
- Experience with 360-degree video and virtual reality.
- Experience with drone photography and videography.
- **Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
