Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Pune (work from home)

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that include marketing content, newsletters, and social media marketing to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and SEMRush.

Create and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

Manage marketing budgets and expenses to ensure maximum ROI.

Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, bloggers, and journalists.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all marketing campaigns.

**Job Specifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with social media marketing and managing social media accounts.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and SEMRush.
- Ability to work on international timing as needed.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas.

Salary - 15-22K

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
