**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the school’s early childhood curriculum.
- Use play-based and activity-oriented methods to teach basic skills such as letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and document the developmental progress of each child through regular assessments and observations.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Support the emotional, social, and physical development of children through structured routines and interactive sessions.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to all school policies related to child safety, hygiene, and classroom discipline.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferably B.Ed. or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary or kindergarten level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably one regional language.
- Creative, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for children.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Familiarity with Montessori or play-way teaching methodologies.
- Skilled in storytelling, music, art & craft, and interactive games.
- Ability to handle children with special needs (optional but desirable)

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
