Program CNC VMC machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, etc.) or manual G-code entry.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
- Set up and operate VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and tapping on metal or plastic parts.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Verify programs and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and machining.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.).
- Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
