**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Support in preparing conceptual presentations, 3D models, and visualizations.
- Work on design documentation, including construction drawings and technical details.
- Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor project progress.
- Research materials, building codes, and sustainability standards to support design decisions.
- Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, and tender documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in an architectural firm or consultancy (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent drafting, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in commercial, residential, or urban design projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Familiarity with project management software and BIM workflows.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
