Description
**Experience**: 8 to 10 yrs
1. Quality assurance of deliverables produced by Testing partners
2. Quality assurance of user stories in terms of testable capability and alignment with customer journey
3. Ensuring that Test partners follows the defined testing processes
4. Managing and governing the test life cycle
5. Work closely with Defect Manager to ensure defects are managed, prioritised, and resolved correctly
6. Ensuring the testing effectiveness and providing insights / reporting to the Stakeholders
7. Working with the Tech BAs, Testing partners to ensure the quality of the User Stories developed are testable and covers customer journeys for the capability being delivered for the release through workshops, reviews etc
8. Ensuring the overall test traceability and the testing coverage
9. Reviewing the scenarios and test cases
10. Ensuring that the testing process is followed as per the organisation standards defined
11. Governance and management of the overall test life cycle
12. Ensuring the testing effectiveness and providing insights / reporting to the Stakeholders for the testing activities in terms of Requirements Coverage, Test Stability, User Journey Stability, execution progress etc
13. Working closely with the Defect Manager to ensure defects are managed, prioritised, and resolved correctly.
