**Reporting to**: Supervisor / Senior Engineer.

**Essential Qualification**: ITI

**Experience**: 4 - 6 Years in MIG Welding.

**SKILLS**
- **MIG (GMAW) welding proficiency** - Skilled in using gas metal welding equipment for different types of metals (e.g., Metal, Steel, Aluminium).
- **Blueprint and schematic reading** - Ability to interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
- **Welding equipment setup and maintenance** - Knowledge of how to calibrate and maintain welding machines, wire feeders, gas tanks, and safety equipment.
- **Metal preparation and finishing** - Skills in grinding, cutting, beveling, and cleaning metal surfaces before and after welding.
- **Measurement tools usage** - Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, squares, and measuring tapes to ensure precision.
- **Weld inspection and quality control** - Ability to visually and mechanically inspect welds for defects like porosity, undercutting, and cracking.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment and tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using MIG welding techniques.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using measuring tools and visual inspection.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as required.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions or needs for repair.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to meet production goals.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
