**RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PRIMARY TEACHER**

- Planning the activities according to the concept.
- Organize learning materials and classroom activities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment.
- Promote respect and inclusion among students.
- **Instruction**:

- Use interactive and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
- Support individual and group learning.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Monitor student progress and keep detailed records.
- Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training and workshops to improve teaching skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
