**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Qualification**:
Graduate from any recognised University.

**No of years of experience**:

- Minimum PQE of 0 to 2 years working in Banking/ Financial
Institutions/ NBFC Sectors proficient in handling the MIS role.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MIS preparation, Power Point Presentation.
3. Sound knowledge of MS Excel.

**Position Objective /Responsibilities**:
1. Updation of various MIS i.e. Disbursement, Tracking of
Insurance, Document execution register, ROC & CERSAI,
etc by collating data from all the team members.
2. Initiating digital signing of documents from the portal.
3. Checking and filing charge with CERSAI.
4. Updation of covenants in Loan Management Software
(LMS).
5. Deposit & Retrieval of Title/Financing documents with
Storage vendor & maintaining MIS for same.
6. Circulation of varied MIS with Senior Management on
weekly basis.
7. Flag off non-adherence to processes and policies
immediately.
8. Good understanding and interpretation of sanction terms.
9. Ensuring timely submission of data to auditors.
10. Addressing queries raised by auditors and closure of same
in consultation with Regional Operations/Sales/Credit
Team.
11. Training will be provided for all the activities mentioned
above.
