**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Website Design and Development:
*Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Graphic Design:
*Create captivating and on-brand graphics for web pages, social media, and other digital platforms.

*Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital assets.

User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
*Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.

*Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces, considering both desktop and mobile platforms.

HTML/CSS Coding:
*Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other relevant web development languages.

*Ensure seamless integration of design elements into web pages.

Collaboration:
*Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts align with project goals.

*Provide input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Testing and Optimization:
*Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

*Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
Graphic Design Skills:
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma Illustrator, etc.).

*Strong understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy.

Web Development Skills:
*Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

*Experience with web development frameworks and content management systems (CMS).

User Experience (UX) Design:
*Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

*Knowledge of UX best practices and usability principles.

Portfolio:
*A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design and graphic design work.

Communication and Collaboration:
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
