**We’re Hiring: Video Editor / Animator for Kids' Cartoon Stories (YouTube)**

We are launching a **YouTube channel for kids' stories** featuring **cartoon-style animations in Hindi and English**. Our goal is to create **fun, engaging, and high-quality animated videos** with **natural voiceovers** to ensure **monetization** and long-term success.

We are looking for a **Video Editor / Animator (All-Rounder)** who can **bring these stories to life** using **AI-assisted or manual animation techniques**. Each video will be around **8 to 10 minutes long**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create **engaging, high-quality animations** for each scene based on the script.
- Ensure **character and visual consistency** throughout the video.
- Add suitable **background music (BGM)** to enhance the mood of the story.
- Properly **mix natural voiceovers (VO) with BGM** for a polished, professional output.
- Ensure **perfect sync** between video and audio.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a **laptop** with **editing software and AI tools** capable of exporting videos in **FHD or 4K** (without watermarks).
- A **stable internet connection** for downloading and sharing files.
- Should be **punctual, consistent, and able to meet deadlines**.
- Strong sense of **visual storytelling, background selection, and animation composition**.
- Should be able to **understand and communicate in Hindi**.

**Experience**:

- **Freshers/Beginners** with a passion for animation are encouraged to apply.

**Budget & Benefits**:
As a **new startup**, we are working with a **limited budget**, so initial payments will be **on the lower side**. However, this is a **great opportunity** to:

Payments will be **on a per-video basis** and made **on time**.
