**Job Description: Ansys Simulation (CFD & ANSYS Fluent)**

**Position**: Ansys Simulation (SOLIDWORKS & ANSYS)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Design & Development**:

- Perform **CFD Analysis**, **stress-strain analysis**, and other mechanical simulations.
- Perform Ansys Fluent
- Create and maintain **Bill of Materials (BoM)** and **Bill of Quantities (BoQ)** for designs.
- **Fabrication & Manufacturing**:

- Collaborate with fabrication teams for **sheet metal and structural fabrication** processes.
- Optimize designs for **tolerances**, **nesting**, and efficient manufacturing.
- Conduct market surveys to source materials and components aligned with project requirements.
- **Site Visits & Execution**:

- Travel to project sites within India and internationally for design implementation and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration and on-ground problem-solving.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in mechanical design, with hands-on experience in Ansys Fluent, CFD Analysis.
- **Skills & Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of **metal characteristics**, **structural fabrication**, and **tolerances**.
- Proficiency in **drafting**, **nesting**, and creating detailed technical documentation.
- Ability to perform **CFD and stress-strain analyses** in ANSYS
- Willingness to travel for site execution (Passport is mandatory).
