Roles & Responsibilities
Working Experience: 2 or above years preferred in Educational Field & Psychological Assessment
**Job Type**: Full Time / Part Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct some comprehensive psychological assessments and/or tests for child learning dimensions diagnostic purposes.
- Develop an individualized children assessment plan for different age groups in order to know a child better.
- Educate family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors.
- Recommend intervention programs best suited as per the child needs and traits.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and suggestions according to in-house policies.
- Learn about the platform and how it benefits children and subsequently advocate the brand/concept to parents to help them know their children better and identify their talents.
- Involve in regular development and improvement of activities/tests/assessments to know a child better in terms of his talents, needs, attributes and learning dimensions.
- Help in talent advisory to parents.
**Requirements**:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
- A graduate degree in psychology, and finally a Ph.D. or. Psy.D. in child psychology may be preferred.
- Practical experience working with children in identifying their talents may be strongly desired.
- Must be approachable and empathic for children to be comfortable working with you.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as determined by relevant regulatory bodies and the law.
- Willingness to attend team meetings, as well as seminars on topics relevant to our client base.
