**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and guidelines.
- **Multilingual Writing**: Create and edit content in Tamil, English, Hindi, and at least one other South Indian language. Ensure all translations are accurate and culturally appropriate.
- **Interpretation and Translation**: Provide interpretation and translation services for various documents and meetings as needed in Tamil, English, Hindi, and at least one other South Indian language.
- **Transcription**: Transcribe audio and video content accurately into written format in multiple languages.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on healthcare topics to produce informative and engaging content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive and compelling content.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that align with company goals.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and changes to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in content writing and editing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Translation Studies, or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and at least one other South Indian language. Ability to write, edit, interpret, and translate content in these languages is essential.
- **Writing Skills**: Strong command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to conduct detailed research and present information clearly and accurately.
- **Interpretation and Translation Skills**: Proficiency in interpreting and translating content accurately and effectively in the required languages.
- **Transcription Skills**: Experience in transcribing audio and video content with high accuracy.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Experience in social media management and content marketing strategies.
