**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on potential clients, including industry trends, key decision-makers, and current challenges.
- Craft persuasive and compelling communications that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT staffing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent and personalized follow-up.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and drive business growth.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and logistics for client meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing head as needed, including managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. [Not Mandatory]
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales, marketing, or client relations.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to connect with potential clients and build rapport.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and pitches.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
