**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Â- Review previous dayÂ’s performance and set Daily management targets.
Â- Plan and execute Capital and Revenue budget and cost control
Â- Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.
Â- Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan.
Â- Guide the team in breakdown analysis and take sound ICA/PCA and appropriate counter measures.
Â- Maintenance and calibration of Machines and Equipment
Â- Implement TPM in Die Maintenance.
Â- Participate in TPM initiatives
Â- Energy conservation
Â- Tools and equipment Management
Â- Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.
Â- Perform Shop rounds for safety and 3S observations and encourage team to sustain it.
Â- Communicate with Body Shop for quality issues and tooling concerns and with Die Shop for activities regarding major repairs and new dies design.
Â- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in die life enhancement through coating and plating.

**Experience**
- 5-8 years

**Industry Preferred**

- B.E Mechanical
