**Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations**:
- Supervise daily branch activities including sales, service, dispatch, and administration.
- Ensure smooth coordination among sales, store, accounts, and service teams.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with HO for inventory replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, and policies.
**2. Sales Coordination**:
- Assist sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Ensure timely communication of product offers, schemes, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key dealers/system integrators.
- Coordinate with HO for product alternatives, pricing issues, and stock requirements.
**3. Customer Service**:
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments.
- Supervise RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty handling processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and effective support.
**4. Team Supervision**:
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of branch staff.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve branch objectives.
- Ensure coordination between accounts, service, and sales teams.
**5. Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain daily sales/dispatch/service records.
- Send weekly/monthly reports to head office as per formats.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, challans, service tickets, and RMA forms.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
