**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and evaluate patient history to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Prescribe and monitor medications and other therapeutic interventions.
- **Diagnostic and Procedural Duties**:

- Request and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and other specialized procedures.
- Perform minor diagnostic or therapeutic procedures when required.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols, ethical practices, and hospital policies.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**: MD in General Medicine or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid medical license to practice in Gurugram (Haryana).
- **Experience**: 5- 10 years preferred,
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position (as per hospital policy).
- May involve extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
