**Requirements**:

- Logical, good aptitude, and good communication skills
- Ability to identify trends and insights of various platforms, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights gathered
- Sound knowledge of all the latest digital marketing tactics and strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
- First-hand experience in the Native ads and Taboola
- Proficiency in end-to-end campaign management (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads)
- Competency in researching and analyzing competitor advertising links and strategizing the best plan ahead for the business
- Hands-on experience in optimizing the ad copy, and landing pages for the best lead quality
- Expertise in optimizing the campaigns regularly for improving the performance
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
