**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the design and implementation of a product or subsystem in a solution.
- Available to work outside the normal working hours including supporting weekends to meet the internal and external demands.
- Be part of the ROTA team to support various customer on 24x7 for major and critical issues including providing technical guidelines to the junior team members.
- Lead in code reviews, design reviews, or other forms of team quality procedures.
- Plan and coordinates with team and updates and provide fix to the project team.
- Support to system integration testing, user acceptance testing and provides timely resolutions to problems encountered.
- Resolves assigned trouble tickets and communicates with customer on issues. Regularly consults the senior members of the team and architects.
- Assists in Release Management, Configuration Management, Build Management, Stream Management and Ticket Management as required.
- Coaches and mentors other project members to increase their understanding of the customer and technology.
- Mentors less experienced staff and consults with peers.
- Operates as a full working member of the team, participating in reaching consensus and providing guidance to junior level members.
- Available for international and domestic travel when needed onsite.
- Adheres to CSG software development standards and procedures.
- Coordinates and communicates regularly with project team leaders and members
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Accountable for professional working behaviour to include building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG’s core competencies and values.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Have at least 2 years of technical experience in product development, and/or product implementation.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written. Able to communicate and influence at all levels effectively.
- Ability to optimize algorithms, develop and review code, debug and performance tune code, and document.
- Experience/Knowledge of SingleView, Telecom Billing and Charging.
- Experience/Knowledge of SingleView Configuration layer /EPM.
- Knowledge of one or more relevant programming language, typically C, C++, Perl, Java, SQL, XML
- Broad understanding of end to end real time integration
- Customer Management Domain knowledge, e.g. PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of Multi-tiered, relational database architectures with UNIX, Oracle and Windows as the primary operating environments.
- Knowledge of middleware technologies, e.g. Tuxedo
- Awareness of industry standards such as TMForum
- Awareness of Agile Software development methodologies such as SAFE or Kanban
