**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain **immigration and visa services**.
- Provide accurate information regarding **visa categories, eligibility**, and documentation.
- Schedule counseling sessions or walk-ins for senior immigration consultants.
- Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM with daily call status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly **call and conversion targets**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling (preferably in **Immigration/Education/Consulting**).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in **English and Hindi/Punjabi**.
- Good convincing skills and **target-driven** approach.
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** and CRM tools.
- Friendly, polite, and professional phone manner.
