**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, and leverage this information to direct marketing efforts.
- Create marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure that marketing materials are aligned with sales goals.
- Manage social media accounts and produce content for online marketing campaigns.
- Aid in the planning and execution of events and trade shows.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on critical metrics.
- Keep up with industry trends and stay current with the latest marketing practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing or a similar field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
- A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
