**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor cum Marketing Executive
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Guide students and parents on admission procedures, course selection, and career pathways.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow up with prospective clients.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote CareerNaksha's services.
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for partnerships and events.
- Manage social media campaigns, content creation, and online promotions.
- Organize and represent CareerNaksha at education fairs and seminars.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Marketing, Education, or Psychology preferred).
- Proven experience in admissions counseling, marketing, or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools.
- Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
