**Key Responsibilities**
- **Instruction**: Deliver live online classes using interactive teaching methods that encourage student participation.
- **Student Evaluation**: Assess student performance through project reviews, assignments, and real-time evaluations.
- **Mentorship**: Provide ongoing guidance and support to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance course materials to maintain relevance and rigor.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the curriculum development team to integrate new technologies and teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Industry Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant technology domains.
- **Teaching Experience**: At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with a focus on practical, project-based learning.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in at least one of the specified areas (Python, Web Development, Game Development, Java) with a proven track record of using these technologies in real-world scenarios.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Remote Teaching Setup**: A well-equipped home office setup including a high-performance workstation, webcam, laptop, high-speed internet, and a pen tablet (pentab).
