Position Purpose and Summary
This role is responsible to lead the store teams and achieve the targets for expansion, top line and profitability. The person is supposed to drive the objectives as defined by the brand while ensuring the highest levels of customer experience and service levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Functional Responsibilities
- Driving the topline and bottom-line targets of the store
- Network expansion as per guidance
- Marketing
- Preparing and executing BTL plan to drive walkins to the store
- Inputs to drive walkins using ATL
- Measuring efficiency and impact of initiatives
- Merchandising
- Reviewing norms and providing inputs on the same
- Driving stock turns and AMC realization
- Insights of category performance/non-performance
- Franchisee appointment and management
- Market intelligence
- Competition insights
- Competition benchmarking
- Retail efficiency
- Driving KPIs
- specially conversion, ticket size and scheme enrolment
- Achieving and improving NPS targets
- Inputs on layouts
- Achieving and improving customer satisfaction scores
- People management
- Selection of team members
- Controlling attrition
- Building a pipeline of leadership
