**POSITION NAME**: Excel Expert

**JOB ROLE**: A specialist in Microsoft Excel understands how to create basic formulas, functions, and charts and how to use multiple worksheets, objects, and other tools.

**KEY SKILLS**:Advanced Excel

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contact clients for Data collection and verification.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge in mathematics.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, detecting and correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and maintain files and records to facilitate data retrieval and reference.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and requests for information from team members or clients.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient data management and sharing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- You are also responsible for tele-sales calls to prospective customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- It would be better if you can handle Tamil as well as Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
