JOB SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities Include

Required 6 to 9 years of experince in Salesforce and must have atleast 4 yrs experience as Salesforce Admin and Configuration and functional skills.

Should be experienced in executing the Salesforce CRM using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Must have good knowledge of sales, service, Community and health clouds.

Good experience in all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups

Have to interaction with the business regular basis to get understand the tickets/issues and resolve them within specified SLAs

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports and Dashboards

Possess good verbal and non-verbal communication skills along with relational aptitudes.

Train the Salesforce operators and administrators by providing them with suitable theoretical and practical training.

Creating end user documentation and training curriculum, and working with the necessary stakeholders to conduct end user training.

Must Have:
Salesforce Admin certification or Salesforce Advanced Admin certification is a must

Good to Have:
Any salesforce certification added plus.

Shift:
Ready to work in 3 to 12 Shift
