**Job Title: ECommerce & Warehouse Assistant**

**Location**: Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage listings on Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Track order flow, returns, and inventory status on seller dashboards.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for timely dispatch and stock sync.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and feedback. Raise and resolve platform tickets.
- Support catalog uploads, invoice generation, and reporting in Excel.
- Assist with new platform onboarding and marketing campaigns when needed.
- Manage end-to-end packing of baby clothing and diaper products with hygiene and care.
- Prepare and dispatch orders daily as per platform (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart) shipping labels.
- Ensure correct item, quantity, and packaging material is used for each order.
- Track pickup status and raise issues if courier is delayed or item returned.
- Support returns inwarding and safe restocking of undamaged items.
- Handle incoming stock: folding, tagging, organizing in shelves or bins.
- Maintain clean, pest-free, well-organized warehouse space.

**Requirements**:

- 10th Pass or above; basic reading of labels and order slips in English required.
- Prior experience in packing/dispatch/eCommerce (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physically active, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Should be comfortable working around baby clothing and hygiene-sensitive products.
- Punctual and responsible; must be okay working in a small team/startup setup.
