
Territory Sales Incharge

**Channel Development & Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers, ensuring effective distribution of lighting products (LEDs, bulbs, fixtures, etc.) within the territory.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the channel network.
- **Channel Strategy Implementation**: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the channel sales segment, including promotional activities and incentives for channel partners.
- **Training & Support**: Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing support to channel partners to enhance their selling capabilities and product knowledge.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to adjust sales strategies and provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues from channel partners and ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
