Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide detailed information on products, prices, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Sales**:

- Achieve sales targets set by the management.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the inventory manager.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shopping environment.
- Organize and arrange merchandise according to store guidelines.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with store events, promotions, and special activities.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supermarket, department store, or similar retail environment.
- Specific experience in household and stationery products is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- **Attributes**:

- Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
