Position: Graphic Designer

Summary:
USDC is a skill development organization that was established to build an infrastructure for learners &
equip them with future-ready skills & talent, using the latest pedagogical tools. We partner with

universities and training institutions and enable them with infrastructure development, and relevant

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE:

- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
- Testing graphics across various media
- Ensure execution of marketing and business needs

INTERNAL PROCESS:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Be open for feedback and amend designs accordingly
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using different softwares
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media

Educational qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator

Reporting Relationships
- Graphic Designers will report to the allotted Branding Head

Level: L2/L3/L4

Work Time: 9:00AM-6:00 PM

Office Location : USDC Global, 5th Floor, The High Street, Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
