Job Description
- 1-Provide legal counsel on a wide range of legal issues.
2-Research and analyze legal problems and provide recommendations.
3-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
4-Stay current with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
5-Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
6-Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
7-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance.
8-Conduct legal training for employees to promote compliance awareness.
9-Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in legal counseling.
10-Handle other legal duties as assigned by the General Counsel or senior management.
11-Such other task may be assigned
**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
