driving sales for through Web Aggregator, Broker & other source.
- Managing Existing relationships & new acquisition of Online Partners in Web Aggregator, Insurance Brokers, and Corporate Agents etc. for online sales and facilitating their implementation.
- Building up Sales through partners and nurturing relationship from long term perspective.
- Exploring new distribution avenues via websites.
- Facilitating end-to-end tie-ups with the intermediaries in accordance with the legal, marketing, technical, business process re-engineering and operational aspects
- Finalizing the business proposals with the intermediaries and closely monitoring the performance and challenges
- The person will be responsible for managing partner and driving their SLA's, achieving process metrics, floor management, providing quality service and achieving overall targets.
- Should be from Generral insurance background and with prior knowledge of online assistance model
- Person will be responsible for customer service MIS's including outbound reports, data analysis, adhoc data, projections, billings & provisions.
- Adherence to pre defined TAT & maintaining desired quality standards to ensure the agreed targets are met
Ensure to meet the agreed performance level as per the objective setting form
